· Farming not hunting: with no interest in approaching prospects with the sole aim of gaining the highest possible commission
· Maintaining on-going interest in how things are operating, e.g. cost effectiveness, fitness for purpose, supplier performance etc

· Through initial and on-going review and honest appraisal of options
· No charge for bill analysis and or shopping around for the best available deals
· Actively connecting people with other trusted service providers
